- Ownership of content: You own your content. We have a license to host, replicate, and serve it on your behalf.
- Service availability: Pre-GA — best-effort availability. Post-GA — Pro 99.9%, Business 99.95%, Enterprise per-contract.
- Termination: You can cancel any time. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation, then delete (tombstone retained for audit-chain integrity).
- Liability: Standard SaaS limitations; specifics in the eventual signed agreement.
- Acceptable use: Don't use StaticOwl to host content that's illegal, malware-distributing, or designed to deceive. We reserve the right to take down content that violates this; we'll always email you first when feasible.
